01What does Kaizenext do?

02How long does a project take?
Most first versions ship in weeks, not quarters. You see working software every week, and we agree the scope and timeline with you in the discovery call before anything starts.
03How much does it cost?
Defined projects get a fixed price, and dedicated teams are billed monthly. After a 30-minute discovery call you get a written quote — no surprises. AI Ad Automation has its own monthly plans.
04Who owns the code and data?
You do, from the first commit. We build in your accounts and document everything so your team — or anyone else — can take it over.
05Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Our team is spread across Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh, and we work with clients across AU, UAE, KSA, US, UK — with regular calls in your time zone.
06Is our data safe with AI?
We design for safety by default: access limited to what each system needs, guardrails and audit trails on automated actions, and an undo for anything that changes money or customers. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
07What happens after launch?
We don't disappear. We monitor, tune and support what we build, and you keep a named engineer who knows your system.
08Do we need a technical team?
No. Many of our clients don't have one. We handle the engineering and explain everything in plain language.
