Kaizenext is an early-stage technology startup in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We develop and operate two AI platforms: Uttirno, a subscription exam-preparation app for learners, and HireQuest, an assessment platform sold to organisations.

How we build.
Iterate quickly
We build on proven AI components (LLMs, speech and vision models) to reach real users early, then improve through frequent releases.
Interface quality matters
A model is only as useful as the interface around it. We invest as much in the learner's app and the recruiter's report as in the model behind them.
End-to-end ownership
The team that designs a platform also builds, operates and supports it. Humans stay in the loop wherever AI scores or advises.
Safe by default
We implement guardrails, PII masking and data retention policies. Proctoring and scoring are reviewable by people, never a black box.

Small team. Full ownership.
We are a small team of full-stack AI engineers, headquartered in Dhaka with team members in Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Every team member ships production code.
