• Booking details when you schedule a demo call
• Messages you type into the on-site AI assistant
• Your voice and its transcript if you start the live voice demo — the microphone is only requested when you tap to talk, and the session ends after one minute
• Billing details needed to issue invoices and confirm payments

Automatically collected

• IP address, browser type and operating system, used for security and to limit abuse
• Basic server logs such as pages requested and time of request

From third parties

• Payment confirmations from our payment gateway (status and reference, not your full card details)
• Business partners and publicly available sources, where relevant to a demo request or partnership

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain and improve our Services
• Process and respond to your enquiries and booking requests
• Send transactional communications such as confirmations and invoices

• Rights protection — to protect the rights, property or safety of Kaizenext, our users or the public
• Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with prior notice to affected users

Some of these providers process data outside Bangladesh. Where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and regular security reviews. Card and mobile-banking payments are handled entirely by SSLCommerz.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
