HireQuest and Uttirno are Kaizenext's own platforms. Every customer of a platform uses the same product, and every release improves it for all of them.
HireQuest: organisation accounts
Organisations that hire graduates pay for an account to run assessment cycles. Candidates are the users; the organisation is the customer.
Uttirno: learner subscriptions
Learners preparing for government job exams subscribe for full access, which gives Kaizenext recurring revenue as the learner base grows.

Who pays for HireQuest?
The hiring organisation. Candidates take the assessment as part of the organisation's hiring process. Pricing is agreed with each organisation based on the scope of its hiring cycle.
How do learners pay for Uttirno?
Through a subscription. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
What stage is the company at?
Early stage. HireQuest is live and Uttirno is in early access. Kaizenext is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program for AI startups.
